   the seawater pump leaked because the lipseal in the back behind the impeller on the shaft was damaged. The issue is that the makers keep the dimension of thos simple seal a secret in order to sell expensive spares….So just take the broken one out and read the dimensions writen on it. In my case ist was 24mm/12mm/7mm you will see the three figures on the seal. I means 24mm outer diameter, 12mm inner diameter and the seal is 7 mm wide. With this data you can get the seal in many auto/ motorbike shops since simolar lipseals are used for shaft sealings. The price in such a shop is max 5 euro piece where original spares is 40 to 50 euro 🤪
